Personas

Ash, 31, ****lives in a rural environment where little goes long way. They know every face within 5 miles. They work a full time job, but live alone and have time for hobbies outside of work. They don't trust politicians. They can see obvious ways the local infrastructure is lacking, but they don't know how to involve themselves.

Talon, ****17, lives in the suburbs, and keeps a close eye on social media. They know thousands of young people. They have a keen understanding of social justice issues, sharing dozens of instagram stories per week. They want to make the world a better place, but can't commit in person or for more than 30 minutes at a time.

Stef, 24, lives in a steel town. They split 1–5 hours per week with a soup kitchen, climate activist group, and registering voters. They will always give what they can for the good of society.

Angel, 67, lives in a quiet neighborhood. They know everyone by name for blocks. They know what they're best at. They aren't interested in wasting energy on debate or planning, and want to show up when there's work to do.
